Spécialiste en droit international des affaires, notamment en matière d’investissements directs étrangers (conseil stratégique, arbitrage international, etc.), il était chargé des affaires portant sur le contentieux international dans le domaine des télécommunications, de l’électricité, du gaz naturel, du pétrole, de l’eau et des services bancaires et financiers (CIRDI). Dans le cadre de sa carrière internationale, il a géré des transactions des multinationales dans de nombreux pays d’Amérique Latine, ainsi que des fusions-acquisitions et des restructurations de groupes industriels.
